Vishal Kapoor is a design leader with over 15 years of experience in design systems, visual language, and digitally driven brands. Beginning his career in branding and advertising, he has since led transformative digital experiences for global brands such as IBM, Jaguar Land Rover, Virgin Media, Deutsche Bank, Cisco Meraki, and Shell.
Vishal currently leads the Design Language team at Lloyds Banking Group, where he played a key role in the Lloyds Bank rebrand and the launch of the new app experience.
In addition to his professional work, Vishal is a certified yoga teacher committed to holistic wellbeing. He teaches yoga, meditation, and breathwork in his local community, bringing mindfulness and discipline to both his personal and professional life.
